History

Wheeler Steffen Property Management was formed in 1970 as a division of Wheeler Steffen Real Estate.  As the business grew it was incorporated as its own company in 1980. In 1988 Paul Steffen joined the company and became its president in 1990.  

When investigating other management companies, we learned that the greatest complaint from their clients involved managers who did not have a working knowledge of the Association's duties to the membership and financial statements. 

In response, Wheeler Steffen has trained all its managers how to budget and manage the association's finances in accordance with the governing documents. 

We now provide full management services to more than 50 associations, 50 single family home rentals, Multi-family units, and commercial properties.
