Can I pay in cash? Yes, we accept payments in cash at our office between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Please bring the exact amount. Any overpayment will be applied to the next month's amount due.
Do you take Credit Cards? We do not take Credit Cards.
Can you take payments over the phone? Yes, we accept payments by phone. Make sure you have the bank's routing number and your account number when you call.
Can you deduct the monthy payment automatically? Yes, please email email@example.com and we will send you the ACH application or you may print the form by logging in to your account under "Homeowner Services."
Can I pay online? Yes, please log in to your account under "Homeowner Services" and click on the "Pay Assessment Online" link at the top of the screen.
