The amount reflected on this statement may not include late charges, legal fees, fines, or other costs which have not yet been posted to your account. Any payment made reflects an acknowledgement of these fees which have not yet been posted. All payments received will be applied to your account in accordance with the Association's applicable policies.
ONE-TIME ONLINE CHECK (ACH) PAYMENT
I hereby authorize a representative from Wheeler Steffen Property Management to initiate a direct withdrawal from my checking/savings account to pay my homeowner assessments. This will be a one time withdrawal and I understand that future payments will need to be made via check or money order sent to the lockbox with my payment coupon or to the management company.
RECURRING ONLINE CHECK (ACH) PAYMENTS
I hereby authorize a representative from Wheeler Steffen Property Management to initiate a direct withdrawal from my checking/savings account to pay my homeowner assessments. The withdrawal will become effective within the first five (5) business days of each month (unless assessments are paid quarterly, semi-annually or annually—then it will be within the first five (5) business days of the first month of the current billing period) or the next business day if the 5th is a weekend or holiday.
The amount of the withdrawal will be the balance owing on the account.
The direct withdrawal will continue on a monthly (quarterly, semi-annual or annual) basis once the program has been set up. The direct withdrawal will continue until Wheeler Steffen Property Management receives written notice of cancellation.
